Bill has one of my luxury homes currently listed for sale in Kailua-Kona, HI. This home needs complete rehabilitation including a new roofing system and 100% new interior buildouts. My father was a developer and my family inherited a very large portfolio of residential fourplex and duplex properties. There were 70 buildings altogether.
